We had a peaceful night's sleep at this hotel, located in the heart of the old quarter. Despite being close to all the action, the noise was minimal, ensuring a restful stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a variety of freshly cooked options. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions and was a great starting point for our trip to Sapa. We truly felt like friends with the wonderful staff.

There were ongoing renovations at the hotel, resulting in some construction noise.

Perfect little and good modern hotel located short walk to the railway station. Beautifully presented rooms, panoramic views on the lake. Luxurious bathrooms with a bathtub. The location magnificent and perfect on everything from taxis to restaurants. Also, easy access to a lively market.

Had a well laid out and high standard room to myself with free WiFi and all the amenities, as example. I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was 25 minutes drive from the airport.

A truly exceptional and comfortable modern hotel, my first choice in Hanoi. Clean accommodation, responsive and so efficient staff from bellboys. Perfect position: minutes from a railway station. Great weekend in this very comfortable area. More than adequate breakfast to start the day with many of options and international dishes, for instance.

Minutes from a railway station, the location was EXCELLENT and beautiful, near all the main tourist areas. Got superior queen room with air-con with heating when arrived, truly enjoyed that.
